Education, Experience, Certification Requirements:

• Master’s degree in education, psychology, counseling, behavior analysis, human development, social work, rehabilitation, or related field
• Strong ABA, Program Management, and clinical skills
• Enrollment in or completion of behavior-analytic coursework (preferred)
• 2+ years implementing behavior treatment under BCBA supervision (preferred)
• 2+ years working with students with significant behavioral challenges (preferred)
• 1+ year experience in a school setting (preferred)

Job Description:

The Program Manager conducts FBAs and develops BIPs for students with behavioral challenges. Responsibilities include designing, implementing, and evaluating environmental modifications and instructional protocols, collaborating with educational teams, training staff, and supervising Behavior Technicians. The role involves onsite work at school sites from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm, with indirect work in the afternoons. The schedule aligns with the academic calendar.
