Job summary

Intercare Therapy is seeking a Program Manager of School Services to conduct FBAs and develop function-based BIPs for students with significant behavioral challenges. You will design, implement, and evaluate environmental modifications and instructional protocols as outlined in the BIP and IEP goals, and supervise a Behavior Technician team.

Onsite work occurs at school sites from 7:30am to 3:30pm with additional duties in the afternoons, and a sign-on bonus of $750 is offered along with a

Qualifications

• Master’s degree completed in a relevant field.
• BCBA in progress preferred.
• Strong ABA, Program Management, and clinical skills.
• Excellent written and spoken communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual skills valued.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop function-based BIPs for students.
• Design, implement and evaluate environmental modifications and instructional protocols.
• Collaborate with education team and train staff on BIP protocols.
• Provide supervision to Behavior Technician team.
• Support students at school sites with a 7:30am–3:30pm schedule.
