Job summary

Intercare Therapy seeks a Program Manager of School Services to conduct FBAs and develop function-based BIPs for students with significant behavioral challenges. You will design, implement, and evaluate environmental modifications and instructional protocols as outlined in the BIP and school IEP goals.

You will supervise the Behavior Technician team and support schoolbased programs onsite. Onsite work runs 7:30am–3:30pm at school sites; travel to service territory and collaboration with

Qualifications

• Completed Master’s degree in relevant field.
• BCBA in progress preferred.
• Strong ABA, Program Management, and clinical skills.
• Excellent written and spoken communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs for students with significant behavioral challenges.
• Develop function-based BIPs and environmental/teaching modifications.
• Collaborate with educational teams and train staff on BIP implementation.
• Supervise and provide oversight to Behavior Technician team.
