Job summary

Intercare Therapy is seeking a Program Manager of School Services to conduct FBAs and develop function-based BIPs for students with significant behavioral challenges. You will design, implement, and evaluate environmental modifications and instructional protocols aligned with IEP goals while coaching the educational team.

You will supervise a Behavior Technician team and support students at school sites from 7:30am to 3:30pm, with indirect work in the afternoons.

Qualifications

• Completed Master’s degree in relevant field.
• BCBA in progress or preferred.
• Strong ABA, Program Management, and clinical skills.
• Excellent written and spoken communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with ability to give/receive constructive feedback.
• Bilingual skills valued.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop function-based BIPs for students with behavioral challenges.
• Design and implement environmental modifications and instructional protocols.
• Collaborate with educational team and train on BIP implementation.
• Provide supervision and oversight of Behavior Technician team.
• Support students at school sites from 7:30am to 3:30pm; indirect work afternoons.
