Job summary

Intercare Therapy in Los Angeles is seeking a Program Manager of School Services to conduct FBAs and develop function-based BIPs for students with behavioral challenges.

You will design environmental modifications, train educational teams on BIP protocols, and supervise the Behavior Technician team. Onsite at school sites from 7:30am to 3:30pm with after-school tasks.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• BCBA certification in progress preferred.
• Strong ABA, program management, and clinical skills.
• Excellent written and spoken communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback with a team player attitude.
• Bilingual skills valued.

Responsibilities

DescriptionSign-On Bonus: $750
Compensation: $26 - $32 Per Hour
Job Description The Program Manager of School Services conducts Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and develops function-based BIPs for assigned students identified to demonstrate significant behavioral challenges. The Manager designs, implements, and evaluates the delivery and effectiveness of environmental modifications and instructional protocols as outlined in the BIP and other IEP goals. The Manager collaborates with and trains the student’s educational team on implementation of the BIP and specific protocols and provides direct supervision to and oversight of the assigned Behavior Technician team. In this position, you will be supporting students throughout the territory. Onsite work is typically conducted at school sites from 7:30am to 3:30pm with indirect work conducted in the afternoons after school.

Scheduling for this position matches the academic calendar of assigned schools. Intercare Therapy may schedule in-service or training days on non-instructional days.
