Job summary

Intercare Therapy is seeking a Program Manager of School Services in Los Angeles to lead FBAs and develop function-based BIPs for students with behavioral challenges.

You will design environmental modifications, train educational teams, supervise Behavior Technicians, and ensure BIP goals align with IEPs; on-site hours 7:30am to 3:30pm.

The role includes a sign-on bonus, competitive hourly pay, and opportunities for leadership and CEUs.

Qualifications

• Completed Master’s degree in relevant field.
• In progress with BCBA preferred.
• Strong ABA, Program Management,and clinical skills.
• Excellent written and spoken communication, time management skills, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback with a team player attitude.
• Bilingual skills valued.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs (Functional Behavioral Assessments) for students.
• Develop function-based BIPs and implement instructional protocols.
• Collaborate with educational teams to monitor BIP progress.
• Supervise and train Behavior Technician team.
• Onsite at schools 7:30am–3:30pm; support territory students.
