Job summary

ACCEPT Education Collaborative is seeking a School Psychologist to provide psychological support for students across three locations in Natick and Medway, MA. The role includes comprehensive psycho-educational assessments, consultation, and data-driven intervention support for approximately 150 students.

The position requires a Massachusetts DESE license in School Psychology and a Master’s degree with supervised internship.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in School Psychology with a supervised internship.
• Massachusetts DESE Professional Support Personnel license in School Psychology is required; additional content area license encouraged.
• Experience evaluating student skills and writing reports to interpret and summarize findings.
• Ability to communicate clearly with students, parents, staff and the community.

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive psycho-educational assessments aligned with federal and state regulations.
• Provide crisis counseling and intervention and plan behavior management programs.
• Consult with school teams to support intervention planning and program development.
• Participate in professional development and ACCEPT-wide initiatives.
• Support staff by sharing expertise on standards-based practices and NASP model.
