Job summary

ACCEPT Education Collaborative seeks a School Psychologist to provide thorough psycho-educational evaluations, consultation, and data-driven interventions for students across multiple programs. The role supports three Natick/Medway locations within a NASP-aligned framework.

The School Psychologist will collaborate with staff, parents, and the community to implement effective academic, behavioral, and social-emotional supports, while maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in school psychology with a supervised internship.
  • Massachusetts DESE School Psychology license is required.
  • Experience evaluating student skills and writing reports.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with staff, parents and the public.
  • Knowledge of NASP practice model and inclusive education.

Responsibilities

  • Complete psycho-educational assessments across cognitive, academic, and social domains.
  • Provide crisis counseling and intervention as needed.
  • Consult with school teams to plan interventions and supports.
  • Deliver professional development for staff.
  • Participate in program development and evaluation at district level.
