ProCare Therapy in Massachusetts is seeking a School Psychologist to join a full-time contract for the 2026-2027 academic year, Aug 24, 2026 through Jun 21, 2027. You will support a diverse caseload of about 80 students at one school site, addressing academic, behavioral, and emotional growth.

Job description

Step into a dynamic school environment this upcoming academic year as a valued School Psychologist serving all student levels on a full-time contract basis. Beginning August 24, 2026, and continuing through June 21, 2027, youll foster academic, behavioral, and emotional growth, supporting a diverse caseload of approximately 80 students at one school site.

Key Qualifications:

• Possess a valid Massachusetts DESE School Psychologist License, All Levels
• Familiarity with psychological assessments, report writing, and developing tailored intervention plans
• Proven ability to collaborate with educators, administrators, and families
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience working within a school-based or similar educational setting

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psycho-educational assessments for students across all grade levels
• Interpret assessment data and provide actionable recommendations for individualized educational plans (IEPs) and 504 plans
• Consult and collaborate regularly with teachers, staff, and families to create supportive learning environments
• Deliver direct counseling, crisis intervention, and behavioral support to students as needed
• Promote best practices in social-emotional learning and positive behavioral interventions
