Job summary

EQA seeks an Operations Manager to work with the COO and School Leaders, ensuring functional facilities, access to materials, and effective contracted services across campuses.

The role covers school operations, facilities, and IT/data; you will implement systems, coordinate vendors, and support staff and students with devices, maintaining safe, conducive environments for teaching and learning.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree required.
• Ability to complete facilities maintenance work.
• Ability to complete basic IT support and troubleshooting.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Personal vehicle required.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, relationship-building, and management skills.
• Commitment to mission of urban education and student success.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and refine systems to support daily operations (facilities, IT, transportation, procurement).
• Coordinate facilities services vendors to ensure safe, conducive learning environments.
• Lead IT support and asset management for staff and students.
• Respond promptly to facility and IT issues and maintain operational health of schools.
