Job summary

Focus School Software, LLC seeks an Assist Director/Director/Ex Director for the OPERATIONS SERVICES division to coordinate and support non-educational, logistical operations across the district.

This leadership role reports to the Chief of Staff and oversees administrative functions, safety, transportation, facilities, and records management, with a focus on compliance and collaboration with staff and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, education or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred for advanced leadership roles.
• Experience in operations, facilities or logistics in a regulated/public-sector environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support non-educational, logistical functions district-wide.
• Ensure compliance with laws, policies, and procedures affecting operations.
• Develop and implement division goals, objectives, and strategies.
• Prepare agenda materials for school board meetings.
• Oversee administrative functions within Operational Services.
• Coordinate special projects and maintain records management.
• Represent the district at government boards and councils.
