Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Master’s degree in administration or business is a plus.
• Strong work tenure, preferably in a non-profit organization or 3 years of work experience at a charter school.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Operations Associates to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
• Collaborate in a team to solve problems with strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience with DOE systems: ATS, SIS, SESIS, FAMIS, and Vendor Portal.
• Enter and manage student information; assist with breakfast and school wide lunch supervision.
• Administer student lottery, waitlist, enrollment events, and open houses.
• Organize student recruitment and liaison with community-based organizations.
• Assist with administration of all student tests.
• Maintain student records and manage Metro Cards distribution.
• Display strong organizational skills and attention to detail while prioritizing tasks.
