Responsibilities

• Supervise the School Operations Associate and other operations staff.
• Lead and coordinate daily school operations, ensuring building readiness by 6:50 am.
• Oversee safety systems and compliance with local regulations.
• Manage calendars and coordinate procurement and payments with the Business Manager.
• Coordinate student transportation, arrival/dismissal procedures, and enrollment activities.
• Oversee Child Nutrition operations and vendor services, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.
• Support attendance tracking, ensure accurate records, and assist with attendance initiatives.
• Manage technology and facilities, ensuring infrastructure is up-to-date and safe.
• Co-lead professional development on school operations and training for staff.
