Job summary

Achievement First seeks a Student Services Manager-Data to support school operations by managing student data, enrollment and records in the SIS, and producing key reports for leadership. The role focuses on data integrity, analytics, and operational efficiency within a high‑performing charter school network.

Responsibilities include coordinating student services data, supporting attendance and gradebook use, and ensuring smooth daily data entry for discipline and testing processes across AF

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required and at least 2 years of data management experience.
• Experience with educational technology and digital learning is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and ability to manage datasets are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage and record new student enrollment and discharges in the SIS.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of student records through audits.
• Generate ad-hoc SIS reports for school leadership to monitor operations.
• Provide technical support to teachers using the SIS for attendance and gradebook.
• Oversee daily data entry for student discipline systems.
• Coordinate test administration logistics and data collection.
• Produce academic and school culture reports such as report cards and awards.
