International Leadership Charter High School seeks an organized operations professional to support school leadership and execute day-to-day operations, enrollment processes, and community engagement. The candidate must communicate effectively with teachers, administrators, parents, and students.

The role involves supervising operations staff, managing student records and lottery processes, and coordinating events like open houses, while leveraging DOE systems such as ATS, SIS, SESIS, and FAMIS.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Master’s degree in administration or business is a plus.
• Strong work tenure, preferably in a non-profit organization or 3 years of work experience at a charter school.

Position Duties and Expectations:

The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator including the ability to take direction from School Leadership and work with diverse members of the community including teachers, administrators, parents and students. The ability to function effectively in a school environment and support the professional culture and traditions of the school is essential.

• Supervision of Operations Associates to maintain cohesiveness and effective delivery of day-to-day operations.
• The ability to work in a team to solve problems. Strong interpersonal written, oral and social skills to collaborate with colleagues
• Experience with DOE systems: ATS, SIS, SESIS, FAMIS, and Vendor Portal.
• Data Entry and Management of Student Information System; assist school administration with breakfast and school wide lunch supervision.
• Support with the management of the student lottery and waitlist, open house events and overall enrollment process. Fielding calls for registration and open houses.
• Organize student recruitment and liaison with community-based organizations.
• Assistance with the administration of all student tests.
• Assist with the maintenance and updating of student records and with the management of student Metro Cards and distribution.
• Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.

• Bachelor’s Degree required

Compensation and Benefits:

The compensation will be commensurate with level of experience and a record of demonstrated success. We are seeking an individual of outstanding quality with a track record of positive outcomes. The International Leadership Charter High School is prepared to offer a compensation package commensurate with experience, to include a competitive base salary as well as health, dental, vision and 401K.

• Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
