Five Star is seeking an On-Call Onsite Technician to provide on-demand technical support for school staff and students within a two-hour drive of the technician's home. This PRN, part-time role involves scheduling visits, on-call dispatches, and occasional deployments across a K-12 environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier I onsite technical support during scheduled visits and on-call dispatches.
• Coordinate visit windows and response times with the Head of Onsite Services.
• Perform imaging, software installs, and inventory maintenance during site visits.
• Troubleshoot and repair devices (iPads, MacBooks, Chromebooks, Windows laptops/desktops, interactive whiteboards).
• Log detailed notes in the ticketing system and escalate issues as needed.
• Communicate ticket status to school personnel and leadership.
• Support seasonal deployments and back-to-school setups as required.
• Uphold quality-of-service standards for all visits.
