TemPositions Office is seeking a School Office Aide/Assistant to perform main office duties and supervise students, with a schedule from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.
You will welcome visitors, answer phones, manage front desk operations, and help maintain forms, mail, and a tidy office for staff and families.
The role requires prior school office experience and bilingual English/Spanish communication; MS Office experience and familiarity with PowerSchool are a plus.

Front Office Management
Welcome visitors; serve as gatekeeper to address questions and minimize interruptions of the school operations and instructional team
Answer phones
Redirect inquiries as may be appropriate
Relay messages to staff in a timely manner
Receive and distribute mail and shipments
Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Maintain complete sets of commonly used forms for staff and families
Previous experience working in a school or similar setting
Bilingual English/Spanish speaking
MS Office experience
Prior experience with PowerSchool is helpful but not required
