The role requires a high school diploma and at least 3 years of professional office experience, with strong Microsoft Office and Google Suite proficiency.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Support the administrative team with various tasks and projects as assigned.
  • Ensure the front office area, lobby, workroom, and workspaces are organized and well-maintained.
  • Input and maintain data for record keeping in multiple software systems.
  • Request office and workroom supplies as needed.
  • Cooperate with the Board of Directors and Administration on policies and directives.

  • Work collaboratively with other staff, maintaining a supportive and encouraging relationship and assisting in the development and implementation of programs/processes to enhance the school's overall operations.
