Responsibilities

• Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure HACCP compliance and safety.
• Set up serving lines and maintain cleanliness of serving areas.
• Stock supplies and monitor inventory; rotate food products as scheduled.
• May serve as cashier, operating a POS terminal.
• Follow all district policies and safety standards; maintain accurate records.
