Job summary

The manager will oversee P&L, drive cost controls, and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards while coordinating with the Food Service Director and school stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 1 year of experience in a management role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Use Aramark's coaching model to engage and develop team members to their fullest potential.
• Lead daily team briefings and ensure safety and sanitation standards.
• Identify client needs and communicate operational progress to the client.
• Manage P&L statements and deliver client and company financial targets.
• Ensure cost controls, food/labor initiatives and productivity across operations.
• Supervise production, quality, and control; maintain compliance with policies.
