Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Food Service Manager to lead dining operations for client schools, delivering meals and services that meet client needs and taste. You will supervise staff, manage daily menus, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time service.

This salaried role requires at least 1 year in a management position and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. You will drive P&L performance, uphold Aramark standards, and collaborate with the Food Service Director to deliver exceptional dining

Qualifications

• Requires at least 1 year of experience in a management role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to lead, coach and develop teams to meet client goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop dining team using Aramark's coaching model.
• Identify client needs and report progress to stakeholders.
• Manage and deliver P&L targets and cost controls.
• Ensure safety, sanitation and quality standards across operations.
• Direct front-of-house dining operations with the Food Service Director.
• Plan daily team briefings and staff development activities.
