Qualifications

• Requires at least 1 year of experience in a management role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb. and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Leadership: use coaching to develop team members and ensure performance against client expectations.
• Client Relationship: identify client needs and communicate progress.
• Financial Performance: maintain P&L and meet financial targets.
• Productivity: manage costs, improve margins, and ensure training across the team.
• Compliance: keep a safe environment and follow safety regulations.
• Additional Responsibilities: supervise front-of-house dining operations and coordinate service delivery.
