Qualifikationen

• Six months to one year of preparing and serving food; institutional food service experience is desired.
• Completion of a two hour SafeSchools course is required within the first year.

Aufgaben

• Prepares food for student meal service, prepackaging, and/or line service.
• Data input at point‑of‑sale modules and food service computer programs.
• Practice proper food safety and sanitation per Washoe County Health Department and WCSD Nutrition Services.
• Operates, maintains and cleans commercial kitchen equipment, such as mixers, grinders, slicers, griddles, fryers, dishwashers and ovens.
• Fills containers and dispensers.
