You will follow recipes, assist with washing, chopping, and packing, learn HACCP compliance, and operate the Point of Sale system while keeping accurate cash reconciliations. This role emphasizes teamwork, customer service, and flexible scheduling across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders including staff and students.
• English reading and writing proficiency required.
• Experience operating a POS system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in training including PGI Classes and USDA standards.
• Lead training for kitchen staff as needed.
• Prepare, serve and sell meals ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Set up and clean serving areas and maintain HACCP sanitation.
• Operate POS system and reconcile monies daily.
• Assist in unloading and proper storage of delivered food items.
• Foster positive relationships with staff, students and parents.
