Job summary

Qualifications

• One year experience in commercial or institutional food preparation.

• Competence to complete and maintain records as requested.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve attractive, high quality meals according to procedures and schedule.
• May lead assigned staff in meal preparation, serving and cleanup.
• Comply with safety and sanitation procedures and report equipment malfunctions.
• Assist in maintaining food and supply inventories and records.
• Establish cooperative working relations and assist school staff in promoting nutrition.
