Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality, nutritious meals following procedures and schedules.
• May lead assigned staff in meal preparation, serving and cleanup.
• Maintain required daily records and reports for Kitchen Manager.
• Collect money and account for meals served according to procedures.
