Taher, Inc. is seeking a Lead Foodservice Worker to join a family-owned, chef-driven school lunch program.

You will oversee daily food preparation, serving, and cleanup in a school kitchen, training staff, and ensuring safe, high-quality meals for students. Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a related role preferred.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Able to follow spoken and written directions.
• Successfully pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and assigns work to the team and oversees task completion.
• Trains and guides staff on duties, food safety, sanitation, and customer service.
• Prepares and builds food items according to recipes and directions.
• Sets up condiments and utensil areas.
• Breaks down, cleans and sanitizes work stations.
• Contributes to a positive work environment.
• Demonstrates integrity, dependability, and punctuality.
• Maintains a professional appearance, positive attitude, and guest service.
• Follows food safety requirements/guidelines.
• Assists in daily paperwork, ordering and related tasks.
• Other tasks assigned by the leadership team.
