Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a related role preferred.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Able to follow spoken and written directions.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Successfully pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and assigns work to the team and oversees completion of tasks.
• Trains and guides staff on job duties, food safety, and sanitation procedures, customer service, etc.
• Prepares and builds food items according to recipes and directions.
• Sets up condiments and utensil areas for success.
• Breaks down, cleans and sanitizes work stations.
• Contributes to a positive work environment.
• Demonstrates integrity, dependability, and punctuality.
• Maintains professional appearance, positive attitude, and guest service.
• Follows food safety requirements/guidelines.
• Assists in daily paperwork, ordering and related tasks.
• Other tasks assigned by leadership.
