Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, bake and serve foods in large quantities at the school site.
• Monitor temperatures and sanitation to meet safety standards.
• Assist with inventory and keep routine records of foods cooked and leftovers.
• Train and supervise other staff as needed.
• Assist with serving and selling lunch items to faculty.
