Qualifications

• Must possess or be eligible for the WA Department of Health Food & Beverage Handlers Permit.
• Experience with food service and sanitation is preferred.
• Ability to follow written instructions and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and serving of food; clean dining and kitchen areas.
• Open cans, wash and prepare vegetables for cooking; assemble meals.
• Wash dishes and clean service areas; replenish condiments.
• May lead student workers and cover shifts when needed.
• May transport food from central to satellite kitchens.
• Complete daily and monthly records and reports.
