Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and serving of food; clean up dining and kitchen areas.
• Open cans, prepare vegetables, assemble salads and lunches.
• Wash dishes and clean food service areas; replenish containers as needed.
• May lead student workers and assist other staff during peak times.
• Complete daily/monthly reports and transport food as required.
