Job summary

Layer 8 Solutions seeks an experienced IT Technician to provide premier in-house support for our Wellington, FL educational operation. You will assist users in person, by phone, or electronically, resolving hardware and software issues and guiding users on computing tools.

Requirements include 1–3 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s degree preferred, strong Windows knowledge, LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi networking, and proficiency with MS Office and QuickBooks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–3 years relevant work experience.
• Fluency in English; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interfacing within an educational environment & servicing the site's requests
