Lake Havasu Unified School District #1 in Lake Havasu City, AZ seeks a Computer Technician to support district-wide computer systems and end-user hardware. Under the Technology Supervisor, you will install software, troubleshoot issues, and maintain network connectivity across campuses.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, plus preferred associate degree in CIS and at least one year of hardware/software support experience in education or corporate networks.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two-year degree in Computer Information Systems preferred.
• Minimum of one-year experience/training in hardware/software support.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Docs is preferred.

Mansioni

• Provides desktop support for Windows, Mac OS, Chrome OS and Google Chrome.
• Performs imaging and configuration of computer systems.
• Troubleshoots hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
• Repairs hardware and peripherals to minimize school-day interruptions.
• Maintains workstation configurations and basic network connections.
• Manages inventory and works independently across multiple sites.
• Serves staff as a training resource and communicates clearly.
• Supports information systems security and user orientation to new systems.
