Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Associate Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Prior technology repair experience is desirable.
• Strong communication and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated confidentiality and reliability in previous roles.

Responsibilities

• Repairs physically damaged devices.
• Designs and implements repair procedures for interactive boards, printers, desktop computers, sound systems, etc.
• Troubleshooting power and cabling related issues.
• Installs fixed equipment in classrooms, including cabling needs.
• Completes warranty claims.
• Independently sets up and maintains equipment for District special events.
• Work within the Technology Services team to ensure needs are met.
• Communicate issues and needs to Assistant Technology Director.
• Efficiently use work order systems and complete other Data Entry.
