Job summary

The Roman Catholic Diocese of Charlotte seeks a Technology Coordinator to serve as the primary technology support person for MACS sites. You will report to the school Principal and to the Diocese's Technology Services Office, handling level I and II tickets and keeping the network, devices, and software running smoothly.

You will work with Diocesan teams on technology projects, manage Google Workspace and Apple devices, and help staff stay trained on hardware and software essential for teaching

Qualifications

• Required CompTIA A+ Certification.
• At least 1 year of PC support experience in a school or corporate setting.
• Ability to manage Google Workspace and Apple devices; familiarity with AD/Entra.

Responsibilities

• Handle level I and II helpdesk tickets for MACS sites.
• Triage, document, and close tickets in Autotask for end-users.
• Manage Google Workspace provisioning and ChromeOS devices.
• Administer Microsoft Entra and Active Directory user accounts.
• Troubleshoot Windows 365, Teams, iOS/iPadOS, macOS, and Apple TV.
• Administer Apple School Manager and license management.
• Support endpoint management and device lifecycle across schools.
• Assist with network printer setup and peripheral devices.
• Collaborate with Diocesan teams on technology projects.
