Job summary

Christ Covenant Church and Covenant Day School in Matthews, NC seeks an IT Coordinator to provide frontline desktop and classroom technology support, troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues, and maintain user accounts under the direction of the Director of Technology.

This full-time, non-exempt position requires 2+ years in IT support, strong customer service, and a willingness to work on-site daily.

Qualifications

2+ years in desktop support, help desk, or related IT role.
Working knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365.
Experience with hardware troubleshooting, imaging, and device deployment.
Basic networking concepts: Wi‑Fi, VPN, DHCP, DNS.

Responsibilities

Provide frontline desktop and help desk support using Spiceworks, TeamViewer, and other remote-support tools.
Diagnose and repair Windows computers, peripherals, printers, and related systems.
Image, deploy, maintain, and track computers and IT assets.
Support classroom technology and projectors, displays, and connectivity.
Manage Active Directory user accounts, groups, passwords, and access rights.
Troubleshoot software installation, updates, and email issues on devices.
