Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Pursuing an Associate Degree in Computer Sciences or Information Technology.
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Knowledge of PCs and related software.
• Other qualifications as deemed essential.

Responsibilities

• Setups, installs, repairs and reconfigures PC workstations, Chromebooks and iPads.
• Performs workstation exchanges between users.
• Updates and installs patches to existing software on local workstations.
• Assists with Help Desk tasks.
• Maintains hardware placement information through inventory tracking software.
• Provides occasional administrative support to IT Department.
• Adheres to all organizational policies and procedures.
• Possess a valid driver's license with a dependable vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Perform other duties as assigned by CTO or designee.
