Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• SHRM-CP/PHR or similar HR certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years HR experience in a school or educational setting.
• Experience supporting employee relations, compliance, and HR operations.
• Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to neurodiversity-affirming practices and inclusive educational environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site-level HR operations and employee lifecycle for instructional and operational staff.
