Community Leadership Academy (CLA) in Commerce City, CO is seeking an experienced Accounting Technician to manage accounts payable/receivable, process invoices, and maintain accurate financial records for school operations.

• Experience in managing accounts payable and receivable, invoicing and vendor payments.
• Ability to record, deposit, and securely handle school funds.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, ledgers and reconciliations.
• Assist with audits and maintain detailed financial documentation.

• Track classroom, grant, and program expenditures.
• Maintain compliance filings, including Secretary of State documentation.
• Support purchasing and inventory tracking for materials, supplies, and equipment.
