Qualifications

• Formal training in office practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain school bank accounts, balance monthly, prepare deposits and reports.
• Handle all accounts payable and receivable, issue checks and purchase orders.
• Coordinate with central office on insurance, workers' comp and personnel changes.
• Prepare year-end reports and serve as a backup receptionist as needed.
