Job summary

Rosemount-Apple Valley-Eagan ISD 196 is hiring a Facilities and Grounds/Maintenance General at Rosemount High School. The role is 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with ASAP start and an October 6, 2026 application deadline.

Responsibilities include maintaining boilers, chillers, cooling towers, RTUs, and building automation systems, and assisting with cafeteria duties. Strong attendance and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience in a public or commercial building.
• Ability to repair grounds and custodial equipment.
• Demonstrated experience with mechanical and electrical equipment including building automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist with cafeteria duties 12:30 p.m. – 1:30 p.m.
• Repair and maintain building systems such as boilers, chillers, cooling towers, RTUs, DDC.
• Maintain PRVs and roof drains, clean roof decks and cooling coils as needed.
• Divide maintenance and custodial work and time as needed or assigned.
• Clean building areas and move and assemble furniture.
