Job summary

Osseo Area Schools is seeking a Maintenance/Grounds Person in Maple Grove, MN. This role performs a wide range of maintenance, grounds and building support duties to keep facilities safe, clean and functional.

Responsibilities include HVAC and mechanical troubleshooting, basic repairs, grounds care, snow and ice control, and custodial tasks. Requires a MN driver license and relevant boiler licenses; prior maintenance experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with valid MN driver's license.
• Boiler licenses or ability to obtain within specified timelines.
• Experience in facilities maintenance and building operations is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, plumbing, mechanical and equipment repairs.
• Troubleshoot HVAC, boilers, and related controls.
• Maintain and repair grounds, landscaping, and snow removal.
• Assist with carpentry, door hardware, and fixtures maintenance.
• Provide reliable custodial and building support as needed.
