Job summary

Granbury Human Resources Department in Granbury, Texas is seeking an HR Staffing Specialist to support substitute staffing and employee onboarding for the district. You will enter and maintain employee data in Skyward and other HR systems, helping applicants, new hires, substitutes, campuses, and departments complete staffing processes efficiently.

The role requires strong communication, data accuracy, and confidentiality, with experience using Skyward, Red Rover, ATS, and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three years of clerical/HR or related office experience preferred.
• Experience with Skyward, Red Rover, or similar systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate substitute staffing and support onboarding for new district employees.
• Enter new employee information into Skyward and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with fingerprinting, background checks, and other employment documentation processes.
