Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must hold and maintain a valid motor vehicle operator’s license.
• Experience in food service and/or serving as a cashier preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and serve meals and items per standardized recipes; maintain accurate food prep docs.
• Operate and maintain CNS vehicles for transporting goods as needed.
• Serve as a cafeteria cashier and record sales via a computerized POS system.
• Handle money exchanges and deposits per procedures.
• Participate in on-the-job training for federally reimbursable meals and serving line identification.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness per sanitation codes and schedule.
• Perform housekeeping duties in serving and dining areas.
