Responsibilities

• Plan and assist in preparing food and serving meals to students and staff.
• Set standards for efficiency, neatness, and sanitation in food preparation and storage.
• Develop work schedules to cover absenteeism and emergencies.
• Ensure equipment and supplies are available for daily cafeteria activities.
• Maintain inventory and accurate records including time sheets and petty cash.
• Prepare reports for nutritional and fiscal accountability as required.
• Attend manager meetings and communicate needs to the CNP Coordinator.
