• Supervise, train and manage cafeteria employees within the school’s food service operation.
• Serve as the primary liaison between School Nutrition Services and the school community.
• Maintain inventory, HACCP records and required federal/state reports.
• Ensure menus align with USDA guidelines and maintain sanitation standards.
