Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise child nutrition workers and cashiers in the school food service operation.
• Supervise menu preparation and assist in meal prep when necessary.
• Order food and supplies and maintain inventories; file year-end records.
• Train and evaluate staff; ensure safety and health regulations are followed.
• Coordinate with principals and office staff on required forms and reports.
• Interview and recommend candidates for child nutrition roles.
• Ensure kitchen, serving line, storage, and dining areas are clean and safe.
