Qualifications

• Must have high attention to detail and ability to safely use restraint systems to secure equipment.
• Must relate well to children and maintain pupil behavior management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Professionalism and diplomacy with students, parents, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist students entering or exiting the bus safely.
• Monitor passengers to enforce safety rules and conduct.
• Provide care and movement assistance during transportation.
• Keep the bus interior clean and report concerns to supervisors.
• Complete paperwork in a timely manner and follow company policy.
