Summit School Services is seeking a Driver in Training for Non-CDL operations, based in the United States. The program trains staff to obtain required endorsements and place them into a Non-CDL Driver role upon successful completion.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old (25 for Tennessee drivers).
• Must possess or obtain valid state licenses and certifications to operate company vehicles.
• Must meet physical/medical requirements and pass substance screening.
• Must complete and pass training.
• Practice defensive driving at all times and avoid accidents.

Responsibilities

• Operate a school bus or other vehicle with fixed or changing routes to provide safe transportation.
• Maintain on-time performance and report issues to supervision.
• Assist passengers during evacuation in emergencies.
• Complete required paperwork and route change sheets promptly.
• Adhere to company policies and promote goodwill.
