Summit School Services is hiring for a Driver in Training to learn and obtain the necessary endorsements, with progression to a Non-CDL Driver role upon successful training. The position focuses on safe student transportation, route adherence, and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain and maintain all required state licenses and certifications to operate company vehicles.
• Must meet physical and medical requirements and pass substance abuse screening.
• Must complete and pass training and practice defensive driving at all times.

Responsibilities

• Operate a school bus or vehicle to provide safe and reliable transportation on scheduled routes.
• Maintain on-time performance and safe driving practices.
• Assist passengers during evacuation in emergencies and follow company policies.
